30-Day Quality Guarantee
- Zowietek has a 30-day return policy for defective items. Warranty begins from the date we ship the product to end-users.
- The end-user is required to send the defective product(s) back to Zowietek for return processing. The customer must submit a return authorization request via our RMA form to obtain an RMA number.
- Returns outside the 30-day time period are not eligible for credit. Product(s) that have been painted tampered with, labels removed, or any other modifications will void the credit warranty. These product(s) may be repaired but fees may apply.
Fast Refund Process
- Refunds are only available for defective products returned within the warranty period, subject to approval after the evaluation of the return.
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (original payment method).
Return Process
If your product is defective, you must submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request via our RMA form within 30 days of discovering the issue. Once the request is processed, you’ll receive an RMA number, which is required for the return.
Advance Replacement
In the unlikely event of a product failure within the warranty period, Zowietek will make every effort to send you a replacement product that matches the original performance and specifications. You will need to submit an RMA for Credit request when returning the defective product.
Repair Process
For defective products outside of the warranty coverage, we offer repair services. To initiate repairs, please complete the RMA form with all necessary information to help our repair team assess the issue. For non-warranty repairs, we will provide an “Estimation of Charges” for approval before proceeding. Once signed, repairs will begin. If the product cannot be repaired, we will contact you with options for either returning, scrapping, or replacing the unit with a new one.
Packaging & Shipping Requirements
To ensure your returned product arrives safely, it must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. The packaging should be similar to the original packaging you received, providing adequate protection. Each package must be labeled with the approved RMA number, and a copy of the RMA form should be included inside. Additionally, please include a packing list to identify the contents of each package. Zowietek is not responsible for products damaged during shipping, and repair fees will apply for Repair RMAs.
Technical Out-of-Warranty Returns
- Out-of-Warranty Returns: Out-of-Warranty Returns are returns of defective products, or products to which customer desires to have work done but are not covered within Zowietek’s warranty terms and conditions.
- Eligibility: Out-of-Warranty Retuns are by approval and upon payment of Zowietek’s prevailing administrative fee.
- Request Period: The RMA request can be made at any time, but Zowietek is under no obligation to provide support or repair for Out-of-Warranty Returns.
- Freight Charges: The Customer will pay inbound freight and outbound freight.
Non-Covered Cases
- The one-year warranty period is exceeded from the date of receipt of the product;
- The product is damaged due to improper use by the customer;
- Damage caused by use in an unsuitable natural environment, improper operation, or unreasonable modification;
- Product damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, floods, sandstorms, tornadoes, etc. is not covered by the warranty.
