This instruction applies to the activation of 4K AI tracking PTZ Camera, AI Tracking PTZ Camera 20X/30X. Please check the model before purchasing.
Step1: Obtain Necessary information

1. Ensure Camera Firmware is Up-to-Date
- For 4K cameras: Firmware version must be V2.0.80 or later
- For 1080p 20X/30X cameras: Firmware version must be V8.03.02 or later
- (To update the firmware: Download firmware file at https://zowietek.com/documents/ –Open camera’s web interface–System–Online Upgrade–Upload file)

2. Obtain the NDI Machine ID
- Camera’s web interface–NDI® Config–Copy
Step2: Submit the Information On the checkout page
- Locate the “Order Notes” section
- Enter the NDI Machine ID as requested above with an Email Address to Receive Activation File
Step3: Get The License Key and Activate Your NDI
- Camera’s web interface–NDI® Config–Upload Files–Select a license file–Upload Files–OK
- (The license file name must be the same as the license lD. Check it carefully)
- Please restart the device and check the status.
Note: We will email you the activation code within 2 workdays, please check your mailbox/junk and follow the instructions to activate the NDI. Orders without correct information or incompatible models may experience processing delays. Thank you for your cooperation!
