This instruction applies to the activation of 4K POV Camera, 4K PTZ Camera and 4K HDMI Encoder/Decoder. Please check the model before purchasing.
Step1: Obtain the necessary information

Method 1：
Log in to the device’s web console, click Setting, and click the Copy button in the lower left corner to copy directly. Then you can directly use the paste button to paste the information to us. (Windows:Ctrl+V;MAC OS:Cmd+V)

Method 2：
If the copy button cannot be used, for versions after 1.0.2.41, please click Version in the lower left corner to copy manually.
Step2: Submit the Information On the checkout page
- Locate the “Order Notes” section
- Enter the Required Information as requested above with an Email Address to Receive Activation Code
Step3: Get The License Key and Activate Your NDI
- After obtaining the activation code, please enter the web console of the device, click Setting->System->NDI, paste the activation code into the text box, and click Activate NDI.
- After successful activation, a prompt will be displayed in the upper right corner. Then please restart the device.
- After restarting, log in to the web console, click Setting->Streaming->NDI, turn on the NDI switch and restart again.After restarting, you can search for the NDI source in software such as NDI monitor.
Note: We will email you the activation code within 2 workdays, please check your mailbox/junk and follow the instructions to activate the NDI. Orders without correct information or incompatible models may experience processing delays. Thank you for your cooperation!
