How can I use ZowieBox connect to PTZ Camera?

Currently ZowieBox supports using IP Visca, Visca, Pelco D and Pelco P protocols to connect and control PTZ cameras. Please click Setting-> Camera ->PTZ to set parameters.

When the camera has network capabilities and supports IP Visca, users can use IP Visca for camera control.

Step 1: Enter the IP of the camera in IP address.

Step 2: Select the TCP/UDP protocol supported by the camera and fill in the corresponding port.

Step 3: Select the camera’s address and click Save. (The default address of the camera is generally 1, please refer to the camera for the actual address.)

If the camera cannot focus, please confirm whether the camera’s autofocus function is turned on.
