Upgrade Troubleshooting

  1. Please make sure that you do not use mDNS to log in to the webpage during the upgrade process. To ensure stability during the upgrade process, the mDNS function will be turned off after the upgrade is detected, resulting in upgrade failure.
  2. When using a USB flash drive or TF card for upgrade, please make sure that the format of the USB flash drive and TF card used is FAT32 or exFAT, otherwise the device may not detect the USB flash drive and cause the upgrade failure.
  3. If the upgrade process is stuck between 40% and 100% for more than 10 minutes, please try to unplug the power and restart the device, change the browser to upgrade again or use USB to upgrade.   4. If the webpage background cannot obtain data after the upgrade, please try to restart the device or restore the device to factory settings.
  5. If the device repeatedly restarts after the upgrade fails and the upgrade using a USB flash drive still fails, please contact after-sales.
