How to use USB MIC

If you want to use a USB microphone, please make sure that your device version is 1.0.2.36 or later.

Please make sure that the input channel supported by your USB microphone is mono or stereo channel.

You can plug the USB microphone into the computer to check the audio and sampling rate it supports.

1. Please first plug the USB microphone into ZowiePTZ/ZowieBox.
2. Log in to the web control interface of the device, select the sampling rate and channel supported by the USB microphone, and set the audio source to USB input.

Tips

1.Our device is equipped with a 16-bit sound card.

2.Please plug the USB microphone into the device first and then select the audio source again, otherwise the actual audio source will be HDMI/MIC.

3.If you plug in or unplug the USB microphone during use, the USB microphone may have no sound. Please set the audio source to other audio sources and then set it to USB, or restart the device.
