Why is the image green or unavailable when input to the monitor/ATEM?

  1. Please check the color bit supported by the monitor/switcher first. If it is a Feelworld series video switcher, please try to set the color bit to 8bit.

  1. If you are using an ATEM mini pro, please check whether you are using the input 1 of the ATEM. Please try using other input ports. Currently, the input 1 of the ATEM only supports the YUV format, while other interfaces support the YUV and RGB formats.
  2. If it does not work after switching the input interface, please log in to the web interface to ensure that the preview interface image is normal.
  3. Please try to change the HDMI/SDI cable
  4. Please try to switch the output resolution of the Zowietek device to other resolutions
  5. If the device is a ZowieBox, please try to switch the loopout/output
  6. Please try to output the signal source to other displays to see if it is normal
  7. Please try to input other signal sources to the monitor/switcher to see if it is normal.
  8. If the above operation still does not work, please contact after-sales service and inform the above test results, software version, product model and other information.
