NDI Tool cannot search for the 4k surgical camera?
If the computer cannot search all NDI settings:
1. Check when your computer can log in MediCam’s web control interface.
2. Please close the VPN and other related software.
3. Please check whether you are using a private network orpublic network, and check whether all NDI software is allowed to pass through the “Allow an app through the firewall”.
