How to troubleshooting when ZowieBox has no signal when connected to PS5

If ZowieBox cannot detect the signal when using PS5, it is recommended to connect the PS5 signal source directly to the display, try the following operations, and then output the signal source to ZowieBox.

  1. Please turn off the HDCP function of PS5 and restart PS5.

2、Enter the PS5 system settings interface, click Screen and Video, and switch the resolution to 1080p in the Video Output.

3、 Enter the PS5 system settings interface, click Screen and Video, and turn off the Deep Color Output in the Video Output.

4、 Enter the PS5 system settings interface, click Screen and Video, and turn off the HDR in the Video Output.
