How to upgrade with USB
- Please download the upgrade package and unzip it.
- After unzipping, two files will appear. Please copy these two files to the root directory of the USB flash drive, as shown in the figure below.
If the files are not completely unzipped or not placed in the root directory, the upgrade will fail. Please use FAT32/exFAT format for the USB flash drive.
- Please remove the power supply and other connection cables of ZowiePTZ, plug in the USB flash drive, and then plug in the power supply.
- ZowiePTZ will automatically upgrade after identifying the files in the USB flash drive. This process will take several minutes, please wait patiently.
