Why does the remote control sometimes not work?

Please press and hold the button on the IR remote control to check the color of the Status light.

Case 1: If the Status light is red and flashing, the IR remote control address is inconsistent with the camera address. Please log in to the web control interface, click Setting->Camera->PTZ, and set the IR remote channel to be consistent with the IR remote control.

Case 2: If the camera’s Status light does not respond when the remote control is facing the camera, please check the battery first, then log in to the web console and click Setting->Camera->Image->Focus. Turn off the focus tracking button.

Case 3: The Status light is normal green and always on, but the OSD parameters cannot be modified. Please log in to the web control interface and turn off AE lock in the preview interface.
