NDI License & Feature Usage Guide

  1. Troubleshooting: NDI License Missing After Firmware Update
  • Affected Versions:May occur when updating from firmware versions prior to v2.0.0.48.
  • Resolution:
    1. Perform a factory reset on the device.
    2. Upgrade to 0.0.48 or lateras soon as possible (this issue is resolved in v2.0.0.48 and above).
    3. Feature Updates & Optimizations
  • NDI Settings Relocation (v2.0.0.4and later)
    • Starting from firmware 0.0.48, the NDI settings menu has been moved to Setting-> Streaming->LAN Stream. 
  • Default Local Stream Activation (v2.0.0.51+)
    • Starting from firmware 0.0.51, local NDI streaming output is activated by default (no manual activation of Live mode required), allowing seamless NDI monitoring during live streaming.
  • ZowieBox Series Optimizations(v2.0.0.51+)
    • NDI Switchin Decoder Mode: NDI can now be enabled while in Decoder mode to simplify NDI stream forwarding.
    • HDMI Input Detection Bypass:Removed the requirement for HDMI input signal detection, allowing users to open and pull NDI streams more conveniently.
