When the device has failover enabled, the system can automatically to a preset backup media resource when there is an abnormal interruption or no signal in the video source or decoding channel (such as network packet loss, disconnection, etc.) . ZowieBox Pro comes with a build-in image; if users need to add other images or videos.

Please Click Setting->Decoding ->Failover to Add a new task.

Click +Add, Select the desired failover type; ZowieBox Pro supports images, videos, and URLs.

After adding successfully, select the failover task want to enable.

When adding a failover, please ensure that the image or video meets the following requirements; otherwise, the addition will fail.

• Videos only support uploading in MP4 format.
• Only JPG/JPEG/ PNG format photos are supported.
• The photo resolution must be 16:9/9:16/4:3/3 :4, and the resolution must be divisible by 8.
• All images/videos must be no larger than 100MB in total size; otherwise, they will not be able to be uploaded.
