When multi-channel stereo is selected, only recording, RTSP, and SRT support multi-stereo. NDI, line out, HDMI output, and RTMP will capture 1/2 channel audio by default.

If you need to use 7.1-channel input, please select HDMI as the audio input.

Go to Setting > Video > Input and confirm that the audio input is set to 8 channels.

Go to Setting > Audio, Change the channel mode to Multi-Stereo.
